Celebrating Dedication: Asian Tigers Thailand’s Long-Term Service Awards

In today’s changing world where employees often switch companies in pursuit of other opportunities, there’s something remarkable about individuals who are dedicated to a single company for a significant period of time. 

These loyal employees help form the backbone of a company, offering invaluable experience, institutional knowledge, and a sense of stability. 

Asian Tigers Thailand understands the significance of this dedication, which is why we proudly commemorated the 30th, 25th, 20th, 15th, 10th and 5th years of service of a total group of 30 staff on Tuesday 19 September 2023.

We believe that our employees are our most valuable assets and our Long-Term Service Awards program is designed to recognise and reward the dedication of our staff who have served the company for extended periods.
